1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phcssh platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of phcssh following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. phcssh reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all users of phcssh, including visitors who browse the platform without registering, registered account holders, and any person who participates in games, promotions, or other activities offered by phcssh.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on phcssh, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phcssh strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any real-money gaming activity on phcssh.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phcssh complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phcssh, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from phcssh or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program that remains in effect.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on phcssh. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phcssh reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phcssh may require you to submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment methods at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcssh account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your phcssh account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify phcssh immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phcssh will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

phcssh is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phcssh supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phcssh account upon confirmation from the payment provider. phcssh does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phcssh aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or verified as belonging to the account holder. phcssh reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Prohibited Funding Sources

You must not fund your phcssh account using funds obtained through illegal means. phcssh reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine AML laws.

5 Gameplay Rules

All games available on phcssh are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedures, as applicable;
• phcssh's records of game outcomes are final and binding in the event of any dispute;
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays — if a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, phcssh will endeavor to restore the game to its last confirmed state;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface;
• phcssh reserves the right to void any wager placed in error or as a result of a system malfunction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

phcssh offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the time the offer is presented. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated;
• phcssh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first unless otherwise specified;
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

7 Responsible Gaming

phcssh is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

phcssh strictly prohibits gaming by persons under 21 years of age. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access phcssh, please contact our support team immediately. phcssh cooperates fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and player protection requirements.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phcssh and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the phcssh platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploitation must be reported to phcssh immediately;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phcssh's software or systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcssh staff, live dealers, or other players;
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or self-exclusion;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or identity;
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith.

phcssh reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including reporting to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phcssh platform — including but not limited to the phcssh name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of phcssh or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcssh platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phcssh content without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of phcssh intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcssh shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the phcssh platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the phcssh platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the phcssh platform, which is provided for informational purposes only;
• Any acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service providers.

phcssh's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Closure by You

You may close your phcssh account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

11.2 Closure by phcssh

phcssh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to phcssh, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, phcssh reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phcssh informally by contacting our customer support team. phcssh will endeavour to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phcssh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of phcssh following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the phcssh platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
